• Beeswax Candles — Refunds may be considered for issues related to craftsmanship or defects. Candles that have been burned or used may not be eligible

• Lip Balm — For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used lip balms cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality concern.

• Honey — Due to the nature of food products, honey cannot be returned once opened. Refunds may be reviewed for concerns related to packaging or product quality.
